Beach Access Improved
With the new brig across the burn at the beach, new gates and a stile across the fence, access to the Gulberwick beach has been greatly improved.

Gulberwick Hall was one of the top venues for the South Mainland Up Helly Aa according to many of the guizers after their visit to our local hall. And it was rated one of the best and most enjoyable nights ever in the hall by the people in the hall.

Yes, it's super Pete, Gulberwick’s personal wonder beach cleaner who has been finding some amazing things on the beach this summer, eg one 21" TV. He was telling the GT’s news reporter that he could not believe what some people just dump on the beach.
Seen sitting here waiting for the BBC news to come on he said, “The reception since digital change over is just not what it was!”
Well Pete, with the nights getting longer and the sea getting rougher, I think you will have to move back to your lounge soon, as it gets quite cold on the beach in winter.
